When will I get my tickets for the show?

In most cases, you will get your show tickets at least two weeks prior to the show you are attending.

But why, I ordered my tickets well in advance.

It takes time for the promoters to print and ship tickets.   This is the biggest factor in getting your tickets to you.   We will make every effort to get them to you farther in advance when possible.

What if my tickets don't arrive within that time frame?

We do our very best to get your tickets to you at least two weeks before your show.   In the off case that we can't get them to you in time, your tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call the night of the show.

What if the ticket shipment is lost in the mail/ via UPS, what then?

We have all of the ticket locations recorded.   Your exact seats will be reprinted and waiting for you at the box office the night of your show.

What is Will Call and where is it located?

Will Call is where you collect tickets for the show.   Will call is located at the venue where the show is being held.   Its typically located at/ near the Box Office; if its not there, someone at the Box Office will be able to lead you to it.  

What do I do at Will Call?

You will present the person working Will Call with your ID and they will give you your tickets.   If they have any questions, tell them you purchased through the Fan Community.   They will have the contact info for MoodyBluesToday.com to help.

What if I am an international customer (live outside of the contiguous 48 states)?

Your show tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call the night of the show.  

How do I find out the exact location of my seats for the show?

The seat locations are not available until the tickets are received.   At the point of sale, you are provided with the most specific parameters possible.   Detail beyond that will not be available until you receive your tickets.

How do I know what time the shows start?

Typically the show start time is listed on the show ticket.   In addition, you can check the venue's websites, and there the exact show time will be listed.

How long will the show last?

Typically 2 hours, with an intermission of about 20 minutes.   This is of course subject to change, as always in the concert industry.
