TICKET PACKAGE Terms and Conditions
TICKET PACKAGE TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON.
General Ticket Package Information
Ticket Packages usually account for less than 25% of the first 1 to 5 Rows at the typical Moody Blues' size venue. Yes, that is correct....less than 25%!!! And no, we do not take all the 1st or 2nd row seats. And, as a note, we do not control how the venues themselves distribute the tickets that are not in our allocation. Some venues may have their own members to seat.
To Purchase Ticket Packages
You must be a valid Moody Blues Community member at the time of the sale. If you know someone who would like to purchase tickets and become a member, they may conveniently do both at the same time. Please do not purchase more than one membership in your name in order to purchase more than the allotted number of tickets per show.
On Sale Dates
Keep up-to-date by visiting our Web site at MoodyBluesToday.com. Ticket packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are held until the packages sell out or until a few weeks before the date of the show, whichever comes first.
Ticket Package Availability
You may purchase six (6) ticket packages per show. If you would like to purchase more than six (6) packages per show please contact sales@MoodyBluesToday.com .
Ticket Package Seat Location
For 4 Star Premium, we can guarantee the seats are within the first 5 rows of the venue. 4 Star Standard packages seats we can guarantee seats in the first fifteen (15) rows. Additional parameters by show may be available at point of purchase. We cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for your individual order.
Merchandise. All merchandise issued to the purchasing members of the MoodyBluesToday.com purchasers is strictly commemorative pieces. This includes most specifically the commemorative laminate that is often included in the ticket package purchase. This DOES NOT grant backstage access, or meet and greet privileges. It is strictly a commemorative souvenir.
Seat Assignment
Once a show is closed, we take the list of members who have purchased for that show and assign seating randomly. Seating is not assigned by time of order. We will try to meet seating requests but these requests will be met after initial seating is completed. Please email customerservice@moodybluestoday.com for seating requests.
Payment By Credit Card
Ticket packages can be purchased with a credit card online. If the card you are charging to is not in your name, you must get permission from the card holder. A service charge and a processing fee will be applied to your order.
Ticket Package Confirmation
Once your ticket package order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive your email within the time specified, please email customer service immediately.
4 Star Ticket Package Shipping
If your shipping address is within the 48 contiguous states and is NOT a PO box, you will receive your tickets no later than two (2) weeks before the event. All other orders will need to picked up at the "Will Call" window at the box office of the venue (photo ID with the name of the purchaser is required). Tickets are generally available about an hour and a half before the concert the night of the show. Tell the box office employee that you are on the Moody Blues Community Will Call List.
On the occasion that we offer 5 Star Ticket Packages, the following applies:
5 Star Ticket Package Check-In
You will need to be at the venue approximately 2 hours before the doors open to the general public. You will receive your tickets and your VIP goodies at check-in from the MB Community Event Manager (photo ID is required). You will NOT receive your tickets in the mail before the show. You will receive emails from your VIP host with details about the event starting approximately four (4) weeks before the show.
Cancelled/Postponed or Relocated Shows
Concerts or events are occasionally cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this occur, we will post information regarding the cancellation/postponement/relocation on the community web site and also send you an email/text alert (if time permits) notifying you of the cancellation/postponement/relocation.
If the show is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, the facility fee (if applicable) and the convenience fee. In no event will the handling fee or any other fees or amounts be refunded. These fees are not refunded as they are used to cover the expenses already incurred by the fan community in facilitating your ticket package order. In most cases, if a credit card was used to make the purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
If the event was not cancelled but was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoters', or venues', instructions or deadlines. The decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange may be at the promoters' or venues' discretion.
Please note that if you purchase a community membership or merchandise at the time of your ticket purchase, and the show is cancelled, you will be refunded for the ticket portion of the order only.
Description of Terms
Face Value of a Ticket
The face value of a ticket is not determined by the community but instead by the promoter, venue or artist and is the actual price of a ticket.
Facility Fee
The facility fee varies from venue to venue and not all venues charge a facility fee. The fan community remits this fee along with the face value of the ticket to the promoter or venue box office when purchasing the fan club tickets. The fan community does not retain the Facility Fee.
Convenience Fee
This fee covers costs involved in processing your ticket order. Most ticket outlets charge a convenience fee. There is typically no convenience fee if you purchase tickets by driving to the venue box office, but you cannot purchase fan community tickets at the venue box office.
Handling Fee
The order processing fee covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when you purchase the tickets online. This charge includes services such as taking and maintaining your order in our ticketing system, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating with the box office will call for ticket pickup by the fan community member the night of the show.
Resale of Tickets
You may not resell the Ticket Packages you purchase through the Moody Blues Community. Presale tickets are non-transferable. If any fan community member is found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that they purchased through the fan community, the fan community may, at its discretion
(i) cancel such Member's membership;
and
(ii) cancel such Member's ticket order and all other pending orders of such Member and refund the total price for the tickets minus an $8.00 per ticket processing fee.
